Currently buses throughout California are running on fossil fuels—endangering our communities with harmful air pollutants and climate emissions. Thankfully, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) is preparing to vote on a rule that would transition all of California’s buses to 100 percent zero emissions. This would be the first rule of its kind in the country, and would lead to clean, tailpipe-pollution-free buses for every community in California.

Join the Union of Concerned Scientists, and other scientists and experts, to urge CARB to adopt this rule, and include stronger near-term targets to get at least 1,250 zero-emission buses on California streets by the end of 2021.
